"Named Kosmopolit as it comes from five sites on both sides of the Danube in Vienna. The grapes are picked on the same day by two teams, all of the grapes go into the press together and the next day after roughly twelve hours of maceration, everything is pressed. That’s the Kosmopolit field blend of Riesling, Gruner Veltliner and a slew of other co-planted white grapes. Very clean and fresh with nectarine & white flowers." Extremely complex and lively!
