90% Garnacha with Cariñena and Syrah playing supporting roles. The grapes are harvested from a few plots of sandy, granitic soils. Only about 5% of the grapes are destemmed before fermentation and maceration of 2-3 weeks, the rest is aged in used French oak barrels. Light in color and body, very pure fruit intertwines with notes of gravel, making for a very appetizing wine.
