Vincent Boyer is the 4th generation vigneron and has been at the helm of his family domaine since 2010. When he took the reins, Vincent began farming organically and has shown a true dedication to the family’s old vines. His goal is to have balance and freshness in his wines with true terroir.
From 40 year old vines within Meursault on Clay-limestone soils. Fermented and aged in older barrels for 12 months and concrete eggs for 8 months. A beautifully textured wine with a slightly waxy finish, showcasing all that Aligoté from 40 year old vines within Meursault on Clay-limestone soils.
