Summer Chablis Restock
7/13/26 -

It has been hot (maybe too hot?) for weeks now in New York and it has become more and more challenging to keep Chablis stocked in the shop! To offset this strong need for more Chablis, I have compiled a list of some of my (and your) favorite wines.
The collection starts out with the 2022 Seguinot-Bordet Chablis. A restock of this vintage just arrived direct from the domaine and it might well be the best value in village Chablis around. Many of you have come to love their Petit-Chablis, and this provides the same delicious mineral, citrus quality, at the same price. We also have the 2025 Nathalie & Gilles Fevre Chablis, an approachable, pretty, and fresh wine that will turn anyone into a Chablis lover. Anyone who knows me, has probably heard me sing the praises of Cyril Testut and how fantastic his wines are, so today we have his 2023 Chablis Vieilles Vignes and 2023 Chablis 1er Cru Forets, arguably his best 1er cru bottling that is from 80+ year-old vines and the only wine he makes that is aged in entirely old oak demi-muids. New to CSW is Famille Savary, based in Maligny, just north of Chablis. Husband and wife duo Olivier and Francine Savary have been vignerons since 1984 and are now joined by their sons Maxime and Mathieu. Featured today is their 2024 Chablis, a charming, fresh, and citrusy wine alongside their 2023 Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, a more generous wine with beautiful texture and length for days. Last and certainly not least is a nice restock of the 2023 L'Enclos Chablis A L'Ouest, their special sans soufre bottling, alongside the incredibly limited 2024 Chablis 1er Cru Le 2024. With devastating loss in 2024, they made a blend of all their Premier and Grand cru sites: Les Clos, Blanchots, Vaudesir, Mont de Milieu and Fourchaume, and aged it in barrel for 14 months. Only 600 bottles were made and we are excited to have just a few to share with you today.
Whether you are looking for a new patio pounder, or a special occasion Premier Cru, there is something here for everyone!
