Wigle Distillery Single Cask Rye - "Chambers Street Whiskeys" Barrel Selection 750ml

The words of Mark Twain still ring true in 2017: "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whiskey is barely enough." Wigle makes a wonderfully spicy and earthy Rye whiskey, and we historically bought some barrels from them. Lo and behold, a case was discovered in the warehouse. We're not sure which edition this was, but it is a Monongahela Rye aged 4 years in new charred American oak barrels. This is perfect for sipping neat, but we wouldn't hesitate letting it loose in a Sazerac! Only 6 bottles remain!
