Wasenhaus 2024 Chardonnay Filzen (Arrives 8/6) 1 btl limit per customer

Filzen is a very cool parcel from steep slopes near Staufen, with limestone and clay soils and worked manually. It shows more soil, more transparency, more elegance and length than the entry-level bottling.

For 2024, the bunches got pressed as whole clusters, fermented in used barrels from different size. Aged for one year on the full lees in barrel and another half year in stainless steel on its entire lees. -Vom Boden
