80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from Rilly-la-Montagne 1er cru on 65 year old vinese. Fermented and aged in old Burgundy barrels for 1-3 years before spending 72+ month sur lattes. This is a powerful Champagne with notes of brioche and golden apple. There is excellent balance with a bright, fresh finish.
