Tue-Boeuf 2025 Cheverny Rouge Rouillon

50% Pinot Noir, 50% Gamay from small parcels of clay and flint soils over limestone of Blois.  "Rouillon" is consistently one of our favorite reds from Cheverny and the 2025 vintage is no exception. Drinking remarkably fresh with bright crunchy red fruit notes with an excellent balance of acidity and herbaceousness. Truly versitile this bottle is suitable for drinking with tapas, dinner on the grill, or just on it's own amongst friends. Fun and playful in nature while having an incredible amount of energy and structure, the wine is immediately delicious, but I get the feeling this bottle will cellar beautifully for a couple, few, or several years. - KG
