100% Chardonnay from the Lieu-dit Chardeloups in the village of Moussy. The soils are silty and rich with flintstone on chalk bedrock. Aged for 12 months in 350 liter barrels with frequent batonnage at the begining of aging. The nose is really complex with notes of brioche, buttered popcorn, with a touch of flinty minerality. It is vibrant with an amazing balance of richness with lift and acidity.
