Tabordet 2022 "L'Autre Rive" Pouilly-Fumé

Domaine Tabordet has 13 hectares in Pouilly-Fumé in the communes of Villiers and Saint-Laurent-L'Abbaye on Kimmeridgiam marl, Caillottes and Silex soils. The estate is certified organic and Biodynamic (Demeter), vinifies with indigenous yeasts and uses minimal amounts of SO2.  The lovely "L'Autre Rive" is a special bottling from all silex soils that will drink beautifuly over the next 5 to 7 years. "The 2022 Autre Rive has an aroma akin to two pieces of flint knocked together, along with citrus and boxwood. The flint gives line and length.
