A special one-off project from Stein and inspired by the incredible quality of the 2019 Pinot Noir vintage. Ulli performed just 1 pick for this sparkling wine and made 600 liters all direct pressed, left out the taille and then into 1 used barrel for a fill year on the lees. Bottled in 2020 and later disgorged in late 2024 without sulfur or dosage.
