From the importer, GK Selections: The 2022 Ramadas Metal was harvested on the 14th of September from old pergola (ramadas) vines planted in 1931. The blend in 2022 was roughly 60% Arinto and 40% Azal. It was fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for 7 months, followed by 3 years in bottle.
