This is a relatively new project for Frantz, a 100% Romorantin from young vines averaging about 10 years-old. It's one that he's particularly excited about, and with good reason. It's chiseled and mineral with great acid, medium bodied with enough structure to hold up to a variety of foods. Again Frantz seems to weave a perfect balance of energy and texture, with delicate fruit and great overall balance.
