Sabre, Fanny 2023 Bourgogne Blanc

This Bourgogne Blanc is fruit sourced from Meursault and Beaune. The vineyard in Meursault is a plot just below the Château de Meursault with clay and limestone soils. From the two plots, the vines average 40 years old. The resulting wine has excellent ripe yellow apple and lemon zest with intense underlying minerality. The palette carries on that minerality with a great richness. The wine is perfectly in balance and has a long finish.
