This is a deep and moody rosé consisting of a blend of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Souzão. The Tinta Roriz is direct pressed while the Touriga Nacional and Souzão are macerated together for a couple hours, giving it a beautiful salmon color and plenty of depth. The fruit is still bright and fresh while having some savory elements, drinking somewhere between a light red and rosé. It's a perfect "night-time" rosé that is best served chilled but not too cold.
