Rossignol-Fevrier is currently on its 5th generation with the 6th just begining to help too. The 2021 vintage required Frederic to make the wine 100% destemed and was aged in 10% new oak. All the vines are a minimum of 45 years of age. The 2021 has slightly tarter fruit with great elegance and a spike of youth. The wine is fresh and ready!
