The grapes for this special little Dolcetto are from the Roussot vineyard in Cannubi. Carlotta and Marta Rinaldi could have ripped up these now 50 year old vines to plant more Nebbiolo in this prestigious zone, but thankfully they chose to offer out this lovely stainless steel aged Dolcetto for a very fair price. It's pleasantly drinkable and vinous with blackberry, violets, and dusty earth with light tannins.
