From the Vins de Lieu website: A blend of Chardonnay, Seyvillard, Savagnin, Rayon d’Or, and Geuche. The grapes, which come from a co-planted vineyard near Buffard, are hand harvested and pressed directly into old barrels where the wine is fermented and aged for 12 months on the lees before bottling.
