The 2021 Iles Feray is an elegant and very pretty wine - not heavy but with good structure and perfect acidity and freshness. Beautiful now and over the next 8 - 10 years.  "...the bouquet is opening kindly, has an air of blackcurrant coulis-liqueur, is welcoming. The palate holds suave dark red fruit, the texture carries oiliness, and it lengthens well, with a sure hand. This is genuine, has a hand made feel, is good country wine, up for lamb cutlets with rosemary. Traces of mineral run through it well; it is peppery, has good life – the world needs wines like this – a family wine, tannins present, not the most refined, a natural wine, thus. Drink until 2032-33"
