From many plots of 15-95 year old vines in the Salnés and Condado subzones of Rias Baixas. Pressed into 95% stainless, 5% used oak cask. On the lees for 8 months with weekly battonage for the first 3 months. This wine is a tremendous example of the house style of Nanclares and Prieto: searing acidity and chiseled minerality, with an elegant fruit character.
