This is a refreshing and easy-going Sauvignon Blanc made from fruit that Noëlla purchased from friend and winemaker Mikael Bouges. Aging is on the lees for under a year in fiberglass tank, retaining the freshness of the Sauv Blanc. A great white for warm weather, with just enough weight to accompany late Summer and Fall meals as well. -EL
