This is a sparkling orange made from a two week macerastion of Malvasia di Candia and Ortrugo. Bonissima is aromatic on the nose, yet salty and mineral on the palate with quite a savory finish. Limestone soils with 4 million year old fossilized oyster shells account for that briney quality shining through and cutting through the floral nose.
