This rosé is made up of equal parts Grenache and Tempranillo, from the Oregon AVA. It's a pale peach hue in the glass and shows some wild berry fruit along with hints of apricot and peach. There's great texture and ample acidity without being too sharp. The palate is full of saline minerality which really ties it all together, overall a punchy and dynamic rosé that would pair well with fresh seafood, poultry or delicious on its own.
