Methode Sauvage Iruai 2023 Bloom Phase

Bloom Phase is a blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Gamay and 20% Pinot Gris from the Oregon AVA (Applegate Valley). The Grenache and Gamay are fermented with mostly whole clusters and undergo semi-carbonic maceration, with the Pinot Gris seeing some skin contact.
