2022 is the second year that Lionnet has bottled "Chaillot" on it's own, normally included in Terre Brulee. 60 year-old Syrah vines from fine granite soils at 200 metres on Chaillot north facing at 200 metres, fringed by woods on its S/S-W side, 3 week whole bunch fermentation in steel & concrete vats, wild yeasts, aged 4-10 year 600-litre oak casks 15-17 months. 60 bottles for the US, don't miss it!
