Simone's father, Peter, was the first person to recognize the potential of Riesling in their native Isarco Valley. Thanks to him we have an incredible, high elevation (850m!) expression of Riesling from a vineyard with slate and quartz phyllite soils. Tingling electric acidity, lime zest, herbaceous, finishing with a cooling mintiness.
