This special Aligoté is from a single lieu-dit in Meursault from 50+ year old vines. It is fermented with native yeasts in 2/3rd older barrel and 1/3rd foudre, before being finished in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling. The depth and texture shown here, with a bright finish is perfect to pair with any roast poultry or rich fish dish.
