It is 100% Chardonnay fermented and aged in oak for 19 months. On the nose there are notes of orange blossom with fresh baked bread and lemon zest. It has incredible chalkiness with bright acidity and a nice texture. Great minerality with a slightly salty flavor and a long finish.
