(Arrives 12/13) The 2023 Huia Marlborough Sauvigon Blanc is a blend from two vineyards, Huia home block and Churton, providing well-draining alluvial soils, sandy silts and river stones ensure sun heat warms the soil for tropical flavours. Certified organic and fermented with wild and organic yeasts. The wine shows a pale straw color with a green tinge with aromas of cantaloupe, tropical fruits, passionfruit, key lime pie, and honeysuckle flowers. On the palate, Granny Smith apple, gooseberry, pie crust and hazelnuts with a silky texture and bright acidity. Serve this delightful Sauvignon Blanc with anything from the raw bar, melon and prosciutto, light fish and white meat dishes.
