Ried Lamm is on calcareous and loam soil. Whole bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation in a combination of old, large barrels and stainless steel. The resulting wine is incredibly savory, herbaceous, and mineral. There is so much depth of flavor here! The wine is medium bodied and has an increidbly long finish.
