Lukas' first major sparkling wine release made of Pinot Noir from Hochstadt. This is a incredibly pretty sparkling wine with notes of bright red berries, alongside a savory, salty finish.
*Although the label says Extra Brut, it is in fact Brut Nature. The labels were printed before the wine was bottled and he wanted the freedom to add dosage but in the end he did not.
