From four Grand Cru Côte des Blancs parcels: Cramant "Les Bergeries" (planted in 1984), Chouilly "Le Mont Aigu" (planted in 1970 and 1979) and "Les Caurés" (plots from 2005 and 2011), and Oiry "Gros Mont" (planted in 1969). Undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation and is aged for 7 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks. Then 24 months sur lattes with 1.5g/L dosage. The wine showcases the beautiful fruit qualities of Chardonnay with floral and chalk notes while still having a nice fresh, lively finish.
