Made 1/3 whole bunch, 1/3 direct into stainless, and 1/3 mash fermented in stainless steel. Spends 6 months on the lees before bottling with no filtering and just a small amount of SO2. The wine has a touch of florals with bright, fresh fruit. This is so refreshing and will just keep you coming back for more.
