Foot stomped, whole cluster fermentation in stainless steel with a 3 week maceration. Gentle pressing and then aged for 6 months in used 500L Austrian oak. Forget everything you know about Cabernet Sauvingon. This is full of notes of pepper with black cherry and plum. It has great acidiy, with a bright, long, lifted finish.
