Ficomontanino 2024 Noble Kara IGT Rosso di Toscana

Winemaker Maria Sole's is in the SouthEast side of Tuscany in the town of Chiusi, bordering Umbria. While she inherited the property, she is the first to produce wine as a business rather than hobby like her ancestors. Noble Kara is her lightest red wine, with 24 hours of maceration and then fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Cherry, pomegranate, and cranberry abound, with a grounding earthiness underneath the fruit.
