A lovely Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil from Domaine du Mortier, an estate doing fabulous organic/biodynamic vineyard work and natural low or no-sulfur vinifications. Coming from gravel soils, Dionysos is considered to be the domaine's top cuvee. Made from old vines, and aged in neutral 500 L barrels for 8 months, this is cabernet franc you can really sink your teeth into.
