Poids Plume directly translates to "featherweight" and is often used in the context of boxing, which is apt since this Poulsard is light as a feather yet packs a punch. The grapes are grown on clay and marl soils and are fermented with 50% stem inclusion. No sulfur is added at any point. It's bright, vibrant and a little savory with a hint of earthly funk, best served slightly chilled.
