Join us for dinner on Tuesday, Nov 19th at Chambers, 94 Chambers Street, with Laurie Caslot of Domaine de la Chevalerie in Bourgueil and Chambers Beverage Director Pacaline Lepeltier. We'll taste wines going back to 1989 and enjoy the superb cuisine of Executive Chef Jon Karis. We'll discover the Biodynamic farming and great winemaking of the Caslot family as well as the fascinating terroirs of Bourgueil. $250 inclusive of tax and tip, beginning at 7pm.
