70% Montepulciano & 30% Sangiovese. Spontaneous fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts and the wine matures in stainless steel. A blend of Sangiovese and Montepulciano, this is a pretty, fruit-forward, medium bodied wine, with brambly fruit and thyme, but it’s got enough acid to keep it fresh and bright.
