The 2023 Chateau Daugay Saint-Emilion Grand Cru "Rooj" is made from equal parts Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, vinified with semi-carbonic whole cluster fermentation. The wine shows lovely red and black fruits, a ripe supple palate and a beautiful chalky texture from the "crasse de fer" soils.
