A blend of Glera, Bianchetta Trevigiana, and Verdiso from 70 year old vines in the hills around Combai with chalky soil. Grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation and macerate on skins for a short 10 days in stainless steel, then age in the same vessels. Bottled unfiltered, with the addition of fresh must from the same vintage for re-fermentation in bottle.
Fresh lemon, tangerine, apricot, and sea salt with fine bubbles.
