COS 2022 Rami IGT

50% Grillo and 50% Insolia. Rami sports a bright golden color and display an complex bouquet of rich ripe orchard and stone fruit. Spontaneous fermentation on the skins with indigenous yeast. 5-7 days of skin contact. Honestly if you didn't tell me this was skin contact I would not have guessed! It's golden sure, but drinks like a classic island white with influences from the sea. The fruit is grounded by a touch of reductivity adding savory undertones and a salinity that adorns Rami's fruit. During the midpalate citrus notes lighten the stage, and finishes on a very bright note.
