Coche, Fabien 2022 Bourgogne Cote d'Or Chardonnay

Sourced from seven estate parcels entirely in Meursault with vines that average over 50 years. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, cold-stabilized and then fermented. They are then aged 12 months in barrel (only 10% new) and then aged an additional six months in stainless steel tanks. This wine carries weight, texture, and character above its humble Bourgogne appellation. There is freshness and depth with great complexity.
