This is a beautiful direct-pressed rosé of Niellucciu. It's a pale salmon color in the glass with bright and zesty aromatics of redcurrant and strawberry fruit that intermingle with a saline minerality. There is a great balance of texture and lift, with refreshing acidity and just enough structure to play well with food. This was a highlight when tasting earlier this year with Patricia & Jean Baptiste, a wine that is easy to enjoy but full of intrigue. It's engaging, but doesn't bully you for your attention. A perfect rosé that can be enjoyed year round!
