Cheveau 2022 Pouilly-Fuisse 1er Cru Aux Bouthieres

Located very close to the premier cru "Pouilly" It has richer soils with a high clay content making wines of power, weight, and minerality. Aged 12 months in used 600 Liter barrels on the fine lees and an additional 12 months in stainless steel. The nose opens with bright lemon followed by a toasty, reduction. It is textural and opulent yet carries incredible acid that is perfectly in balance. Theres a long smooth finish that will keep you coming back for more. Drink now or age for years to come!
