Can Sumoi 2023 Sant Sadurni d'Anoia Xarel-lo

A collaboration between our dear friend Pepe Raventos and a fellow winemaker from Sant Sadurni D'Anoia, in Catalunya, Francesc Escala. Can Sumoi is an old farm dating back to 1645, at 600m altitude. This is textbook Xarel-lo, with fresh wet stones and nice lift and acidity. The 2023 that just arrived to New York is singing, even fresher and leaner than the already quite pleasant '22 vintage, full of lime zest and sea spray. Your new Oysterpalooza go to! GH
