Buisson, Henri & Gilles 2024 Bourgogne Blanc

The 2024 Bourgogne Blanc is an approximately 50/50 blend of young-vine Saint Romain and purchased fruit from their friends at Domaine Guillot-Broux in the Maconnais (practicing organic since 1954). The wine is aged for 1 year in neutral 228-liter barrels without racking.The result is a White Burgundy that is concentrated, and mineral dense with great acid and lovely texture. It has a fairly long, salty finish, and drinks well above its price point.
