Barth 2015 Ultra Brut Nature Pinot Noir

Barth are rare single vineyard Sekt Masters in the eastern Rheingau, closely involved in the VDP Sekt Statute and organic! As the winery’s flagship sparkling wine, this Brut Nature lies on its lees for 72 months before it’s riddled by hand, disgorged without any added dosage. This long lees maturation gives it fullness, a fine yeasty flavor, and phenolic contours. It was matured in large oak barrels to give it additional richness and weight. The ultimate holiday meal sparkler giving any Montagne de Reims Blanc de Noirs champagne a run for it's money!
