This is a co-fermented blend of Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Seyval Blanc, Cayuga and Gruner, or as César calls it a "fruit salad." It's a light and juicy red that's best served chilled, with bright cherry and raspberry fruit and some white peppery spice. It's a perfect red for the summer and can be enjoyed on its own or alongside tapas or lighter fare, easygoing and endlessly drinkable. There's enough complexity to be engaging but perfectly balanced in a way that makes it disappear quickly!
