Muskat Ottonel, Traminer, Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc from 2022, 2023, and 2024. A blend of 5 different vineyards around Jois that are aged between 15 and 40 years. Certified organic. Limestone and chalky loam soils with some schist. Grapes are hand harvested, then macerated on the skins. Spontaneously fermented in big oak Stockinger barrels and concrete eggs. Aged between 4 months to 3 years in concrete eggs and big wooden barrels. Unfiltered.
